About the instructor:
Chef Junzo’s culinary career began early on and he has been in the industry for over 18 years. After years of managing a restaurant in Japan, he relocated to New York to seek new opportunities to further develop his creativity. Determined to bring authentic Japanese culture and cuisine to the United States, he became the sous chef at En Japanese Brasserie in New York. In 2018, Chef Junzo began consulting full time to pursue his original goal of introducing Japanese cuisine on his own.
