There are many different ways to make a good hot pot, from a whole complete traditional way to a free dish adapted by various ingredients and different food culture. In this class, you can learn the guideline to make a hot pot from stock base to ingredients and to arrangement. Join us during this cold season to learn hot pot to warm our soul!

  • Classes are 2 hours, please arrive to class 10 minutes earlier
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class

About the instructor:

Chef Junzo’s culinary career began early on and he has been in the industry for over 18 years. After years of managing a restaurant in Japan, he relocated to New York to seek new opportunities to further develop his creativity. Determined to bring authentic Japanese culture and cuisine to the United States, he became the sous chef at En Japanese Brasserie in New York. In 2018, Chef Junzo began consulting full time to pursue his original goal of introducing Japanese cuisine on his own.
