Ramen has become very popular in the United States. It is loved as a national food in Japan because of how easy it is to enjoy and not to mention, delicious. There are countless of ramen restaurants in Japan, and there is a huge variety of different ramen. Recently, a lot more ramen restaurant is opening in the US. Ramen culture will continue to glow rapidly in the future even in the US.
In this class, you will learn from the basic knowledge of ramen and how to make it at home, how to arrange and how to choose ingredients.

About the instructor:
Chef Junzo’s culinary career began early on and he has been in the industry for over 18 years. After years of managing a restaurant in Japan, he relocated to New York to seek new opportunities to further develop his creativity. Determined to bring authentic Japanese culture and cuisine to the United States, he became the sous chef at En Japanese Brasserie in New York. In 2018, Chef Junzo began consulting full time to pursue his original goal of introducing Japanese cuisine on his own.
