Friday Staff Pick Day – Alex likes Pichitto Dehydrating Sheets “Great for removing excess moisture and keep fish/meat fresh. By accident I left a piece of steak wrapped up in Pichitto Sheet in the fridge (not freezer) for a week. It turned out to be better looking than the day I bought it. AMAZING!!
