Friday Staff Pick Day – Mitsuko likes the Togiharu Hollow Ground Gyutou. “It is not as heavy as other hallow ground collection that we have such as Glestain, it’s light-weighted and has a thin edge. I feel that the Glestain is more geared towards professionals but I can definitely see myself using the Togiharu hallow ground at home.”
